A driven team with a focus on the people

About Rob Wilders, co-founder ELT Labs

After studying business economics and entrepreneurship, Wilders later pursued a two-year master’s degree in business engineering. In addition to business economics, he also studied philosophy at the University of Amsterdam. His interest in narrative research began at Du Pont de Nemours, where he was tasked with mapping the quality experiences of employees. Following this, he founded his own agency for narrative market research. Here, Wilders and his team are responsible for many research assignments for companies in the pharma, finance and tech-industry. In each case, the focus is on analyzing buying behavior based on personal experiences and narratives. Wilders and his team have interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs and managers. From startups to CEO of multinationals. After more than 20 years, Wilders shifted his focus from market-thinking to human-thinking in 2017. This led to the establishment of ELT Labs in 2019. Prior to this, he studied to become an MfN Registered Mediator and is currently studying social psychology. His skills in narrative psychoanalysis are highly beneficial in his work as a mediator.

About Petra de Boer, co-founder ELT Labs

After completing her engineering study, Petra de Boer decided to take over her father’s media company. Under her leadership, the family business underwent substantial modernization. Ecomedia became well-known in the Dutch market and was the first media company to focus entirely on the production and exploitation of ecologically produced media products. However, due to personal reasons, she was forced to stop after 25 years of independent entrepreneurship, and the company was taken over by the media company De Toekomst. Together with Rob Wilders she established ELT Labs. Her knowledge of sustainable innovations and experience with the dynamics of a family business will be highly valuable in the services offered by ELT Labs. Within ELT Labs, Petra is responsible for organization and planning.
